All shipments have a processing time of 24 hours for regular orders. This excludes weekends and holidays. However, we will try our best to ship orders out as quickly as we can.
Due to the different locations of the customers, we can not accurately set the shipping cost of the products. For the products of the mall, in addition to the membership card and CLOUD COIN, other products need to pay a certain shipping fee. Please contact our online support staff when placing your order to determine how much shipping you will need to pay for the product you purchased.
Delivery methods We generally use DHL or postal express, or some special line.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. We will contact you via email or phone calls for further information in order to verify your payment. If we cannot confirm the necessary information, the order will be cancelled after 3 business days and you will receive a full refund.
It is very important to know that the end customer is importing the product, and will therefore likely have to pay duties/taxes. Each country has its own set of rules which change often and are assessed at the port of entry by a customs officer. Because duties are paid by the end customer, each international customer will have a different experience purchasing our products and should be aware of the increased end price of the product. Keep in mind (although these situations are rare), depending on the destination country and the product shipped, it is possible that the product can be sent back to the shipper. If the customer refuses to pay these duties/taxes at the time of delivery, they are responsible for the return shipping costs to have the order sent back to us. If we are forced to pay these costs, they will be deducted from the total refund back to the customer for the returned order.
Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours upon receiving your package if an item is received damaged or has been incorrectly shipped by us. Your order will be considered as correctly closed without any issues if no attempt has been made to contact us via email or call for reporting damaged or missing items within 24 hours. If we do make a mistake and send a wrong item, the incorrect item must be received by us before we can resend the correct item.
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery date (*restriction applies). All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a refund.
Please contact Anmaxshop customer service department to request a Return Authorization Application (RMA) before returning your order to us. Any unauthorized products that are sent to us will be refused for refund.
Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to Anmaxshop. We encourage customers to ship their return packages with tracking. We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Approved refunds do not include shipping expenses.
The customer is responsible for any return fees incurred from customs and/or the carrier to have an order shipped back to us.
