Acceptance of tems and conditions

The following terms and conditions (the "T&C") will govern your use of this website. Please read the following T&C carefully before using the site. Your use of the site represents your agreement to the T&C. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this site.

Authorization and Verification

-All online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit card holder and issuing bank. 

-We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order if verification is not received within the specified time or if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information. So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches your credit card issuing bank records, your order will be unsuccessful and will be cancelled.

-We do not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped. However, once you have placed your order, your credit card statement may show a pending charge on your account. This is an authorization hold that your bank uses to reserve funds for your order. In the event that your order is unsuccessful or is cancelled, these pending charges will be released within 3-7 days at the discretion of your credit card issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further information as bank policies regarding authorization holds may vary. 

Order tracking

-When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

-Please note that we do not guarantee transit times for all delivery issues. Please contact the carrier directly. 

-Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times, packages being misrouted or returned. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order. 


Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact Anmaxshop customer service to submit a cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Changes to terms

Anmaxshop shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. However this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Consumer upon making a purchase.

Shipping refunds to other countries

Due to the imposed by customs in certain countries (specifically the laws regarding importation and exportation of IPTV/DVB-S and other products we sell), the legality of our products often differ from country to country. For this reason, we strongly recommend that apply in your country and that you ask your local government's import/export authority about the regulations that apply in your country and that you comply with the law. That being said, we decline all responsibility for possible legal problems derived thereof and will not refund shipping for products stopped or rejected by customs in fulfillment of their duty.


All International orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and excludes insurance premium and corresponding duty shall be borne by the customer. 

Out of stock

Due to limited availablity of some items, it is possible an item that you ordered might be on back-order and cause the order to be put on hold for a short period of time until we recieve the item back in stock. Our customer service team will contact you via your email address if this is the case. These situations are rare, but do happen, and we try our best to keep accurate and a fully-stocked inventory at all times. However, if this does happen, we do not provide compensation for the delay as this is a part of our normal day-to-day operations (this inlcudes Priority Express and DHL Worldwide express shipping).

Pre-order Items

If your order contains any items that are on pre-order, you entire order will be placed on hold until the pre-order item is recieved in stock. For this reason, it's best to place separate orders for pre-order items as we cannot divide the order once it's placed since only one shipping label is created for each order systematically.
